October is shaping up to be a busy month. We are excited to be hitting the road to share more about SHINE’s mission with folks around the world.

Here’s a look at a few places you’ll find us over the next couple of weeks:

October 5-7

SHINE will have several representatives at the 2022 Mo-99 International Symposium in Vienna, Austria. Founder and CEO Greg Piefer will update attendees about SHINE’s progress toward producing molybendum-99 at The Chrysalis in Janesville, Wisconsin. The event, which is hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration, will also include presentations from other global and North American Mo-99 producers, technology development updates, supply chain perspectives and more.

Wisconsin Biohealth Summit

BioForward Wisconsin’s annual Biohealth Summit is Oct. 12 in Madison. It focuses on celebrating successes and collaboration within Wisconsin’s biohealth community. SHINE General Manager of Therapeutics Chris Vessel will participate in a panel discussion on “Therapies and Theranostics in Medical Imaging.” He will shed more light on how our medical isotope production will have a profound effect in diagnosing and treating millions of patients around the world.
